Bratton House will happily accept returns so long as the item is in the same condition as when you initially received it, and if the return request is received within 30 days of the purchase date. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and the cost of return shipping. Bratton House will not refund the cost of shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and we will notify you through email once this has been completed.

Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. Please note that holidays may affect this timeframe.

Where We Ship: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods: We will abide by the shipping method you have selected at checkout unless that method is no longer available. We currently offer shipping through USPS and UPS. Methods include ground, priority mail, and next day air.

Local Delivery: Bratton House does offer local delivery. On the checkout screen, select "Pick Up" under the "Delivery" section.
